This type of training is always customised to address the individual's specific needs and driving history and may address skills gaps such as:
 

• Reversing with a Trailer

• Slow Speed Manoeuvring

• Overtaking Heavy Vehicles

• Emergency Braking

• Observations in city traffic

• Night Driving

• Recognising Changing Surfaces

• + Any other identified concerns 

 

As well as discussing the driving history with the driver's supervisor / manager we encourage participants to complete a simple Training Needs Analysis questionnaire before training to tailor the day to the individual.

 

A full written assessment post training is provided. Where a driver may require further instruction, we will raise an alert and provide recommendations in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety Management Systems and aligning with company requirements.

 

This type of training is usually run over a half day or full day depending on the clients requirements and on a 1:1 basis.
