In-Field Training for Santos Employees
We deliver in-field driver training for approved Santos employees.
To enrol in any Santos employee training, employees must have:

A Santos Portal ID (provided by safe.drive.training@santos.com). This is not your employee number.

A valid driver’s licence.
Without these details we cannot process your enrolment.
We regularly visit several in-field locations. However, if your location is not listed in the booking calendar, please contact us to discuss alternative training locations.
Accredited Courses
These are nationally accredited courses and include:

An online enrolment form - please allow 15 minutes to complete this, it includes a brief Training Needs Analysis and Language and Literacy Assessment.

An online theory component - this takes, on average, 2 hours to complete. It must be completed 3 business days before your training. If not completed on time, your booking will be cancelled, and a fee may apply.

A face-to-face assessment - this is a full day of instruction with our trainer at your in-field location.
To undergo an accredited course in Australia, you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

Non-Accredited Courses
We offer the following non-accredited courses in-field:

EHS.038 4WD Vehicle Recovery

EHS.128 Heavy Vehicles
Please note that to attend EHS.128 Heavy Vehicles, you must have a current heavy vehicle licence. Santos also require that you have completed your EHS.005 or EHS.008 qualification.
